Howard Jarvis Brings Together California Taxpayers Groups

 

Taxpayer Groups from all across California came together in Sacramento at the end of February to talk about top issues facing taxpayers in 2008.  The event was emceed by Jon Coupal of the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association, and presentations were made by Senator Tom McClintock, Assemblyman Mike Villines, Assemblyman Doug La Malfa.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The message of the event was clear.  California’s spiraling budget crisis is on pace to send taxpayers, businesses, and local governments reeling as a result of the decisions made to balance the $16 Billion dollar offset.

 

OCTax was at the center of this event from beginning to end, and will continue to represent the interests of Orange County Taxpayers throughout the upcoming fight, and we encourage members to be engaged in the entire process.
